TreeHaus ("we", "us", "our") operates a community WiFi platform that connects members at participating venues. By creating an account or using our WiFi network you agree to these Terms.
You must provide a valid email address and choose a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person — do not share your login.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are used to harm others or our network.
When connected to a TreeHaus network you agree not to:
We provide the network on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, speed, or uninterrupted access. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access at any time without notice.
Free accounts receive shared network access. Paid Member and Private plans provide faster, device-isolated connections and additional features. Plan details and pricing are shown at sign-up and may change with 30 days notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-period cancellations unless required by law.
TreeHaus provides community tools including Circles (group discussion), Events, and Bulletins. Content you post must not be unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or offensive. We may remove content or restrict access to these features without notice.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeHaus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the WiFi network or platform, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches originating outside our systems, or third-party actions on the network.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable US federal or Iowa state consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the portal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iowa, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
